Banana Drama

February 18, 2013

I’m continuing to play around with the juxtaposition of my homemade ready-mades and this week has seen the emergence of my old ceramic banana that I made last year. It is the sort of playing around that yields quite interesting results of an unexpected nature,  but judge for yourself and see what you think. As with all my art there are no secrets what you see is what is, of course there are always tales from the subconcious, but I make my art as an accessible expression to be enjoyed by all who choose to  look at it.

Many interesting ideas have arisen as a result of this playing around and what I am looking for is something unexpected that works as a piece of sculpture.
