My recent lecture at Hull School of Art and Design

I was recently invited to give a lecture at Hull school of art & design and took this opportunity to speak candidly about my life and work as an artist. It was a challenge for me  to speak publicly about my art but an important step to take. I spoke openly for an hour and tried to summarise my last 28 years of life as an artist in society. There was a slightly Ironical twist when I realised it was the college that rejected my application back in 1981 and because of that it felt quite cathartic to return to the place where my struggle began and the start of my journey. I was proud to see posters of my work around the building, advertising the lecture and happy to have been made so welcome by the staff and s
